BIOTIQUE Almond Oil Cleanser Review-Face & Eye Makeup Cleanser

Biotique Bio Almond Oil Soothing Face & Eye Makeup Cleanser is my first Herbal Eye Makeup Remover. Before this Biotique Eye Makeup Remover, I have tried few, but since this Biotique Cleanser had Almonds in it, a good source of Vitamin E & antioxidants, I thought this definitely needs one try, being herbal.

What It Claims?

This soothing cleanser is blended with nourishing almond, safflower, sesame, neem and staff tree oils to dissolve heavy face and eye makeup easily and gently. Leaves skin silky-fresh.

How to Use:

Apply to damp cotton pads or washcloth and gently wipe over entire face and eye area, morning and evening.

I have already reviewed few Biotique products like Biotique Soap, Biotique tinted moisturizer & now this is an Eye Makeup Remover from this herbal brand. When I saw this Makeup Remover full of all natural oil & ingredients, I was quite confused thinking how could a makeup remover be made of these natural oils. But beside this, I was also excited to try this & thus ended up buying it immediately.

This Biotique Almond Oil Cleanser comes a nice plastic bottle. Unlike other Biotique products, which come in a jar & are not really hygienic to use, this eye makeup cleanser comes in a plastic round bottle, with a minute whole at top, to make sure that just the right amount of remover comes out.

This face & Eye makeup remover looks similar to oil & so is its smell. The smell is not bad, but its too oily & little difficult for me to bear sometimes. When I apply this lotion at face, I feel too greasy & heavy. So I don’t prefer using it on face except in winters.

Regarding its effectiveness as an eye makeup remover, I have to say this Biotique Bio Almond Oil Soothing Face & Eye Makeup Remover, does it job very nicely. It easily removes my daily eye makeup & as well party one in 2-3 swipes. To show you, I have applied Oriflame Kajal pencil, which I normally find difficult to remove, ..

But this Biotique Cleanser removed it quite easily in just 2-3 swipes, take a look

Overall, Biotique Almond Oil Cleanser is a good eye makeup remover, best thing being its herbal & comes with Almond Oil, which is actually good for eyes.

Not good as a face makeup remover for oily skin.

Little discomfort in eyes for few minutes because of too many oils.
