Patanjali Lemon Honey Kanti Soap Review

Patanjali Body Cleanser Review-Lemon Honey

This post is on a soap/body cleanser from the brand Patanjali. Its Patanjali Lemon Honey Soap. I have used Patanjali Panchagavya Soap and found it to be average, so wanted to try a different variant. I am facing slight issues with my skin these days like itching, redness, small zits and I think its major cause is the rain and the humid air which actually clog pores and results into small zits and acne later. On top my skin being sensitive, make thinks worse by causing itching, redness etc. Because of all this my skin was looking very dull rough and with few zits all over. I wanted some change in my skin care routine, so started using Clean & Clear face wash for acne and also thought of trying this Patanjali Lemon Honey Body Cleanser since Lemon is known to fight acne. Honey and Aloe Vera is the added advantage. After using this soap for a week, here is the review on it.

Patanjali Lemon Honey Soap Review

This Patanjali Soap comes in a simple usual thin paper packaging like most of the soaps with a picture of honeycomb and lemon on it signifying its name. This body cleanser is of translucent yellow color and appears to be like that of a gel soap. The smell of the soap is citrus and very similar to a fresh lemon. On smelling the soap, I feel I am drinking some refreshing lemon squash in summers. This is why I feel this is one of the best lemon body cleanser for summer season because the fragrance is very refreshing which ever linger for quite some time.

On rubbing, though the soap is very gentle and not harsh at all, but lathers little less than other cleansers. I don't find this to be an issue since it works very well in cleansing skin without making it dry. I hardly use soaps on my facial skin, but if its too gentle and does not foam too much, I don't mind using them as facial cleanser since they don't really dry out the skin. I have used this too on my face and felt very nice. I rubbed it slightly covering whole face and immediately rinsed it without leaving it longer on skin and I felt my skin to be very refreshed and clean after this. It took away all the oil and dirt accumulated giving a very fresh skin. However, it made my skin slightly dry when I over rubbed the soap to lather more, but this was only once or twice.

Benefits of drinking Lemon Juice Empty Stomach.

Overall I feel this is a very good soap from Patanjali specially for summers, because of its citrus and refreshing fragrance. This body cleanser cleanse skin well without drying it or harming it and all this because of Lemon and other herbal ingredients in it like honey and aloe vera in it. Do try this soap specially if you live in a place with very hot weather.
