I have done online shopping from many Indian sites and even reviewed most of them. This time I am reviewing Jabong.com. Though I havent shopped very frequently from Jabong, probably 3-4 times but the experience has been good throughout. So here I share my online shopping experience with Jabong.com. Jabong is an online shopping site with a wide range of products available. It makes search easy by providing products under different categories like Men, Women, Kids, Home Fashion etc. These Categories are further divided into subcategories like clothing, jewellery, beauty, shoes etc under Women category.
Being a very frequent online shopper, I always look for coupons, discounts and deals so that I can save more and shop more but I found Jabong coupons online very rarely neither did I bothered to search them online. But once I wanted a particular shampoo Revlon Aquamarine Shampoo Conditioner which was only available at Jabong so I signed up at Jabong.com and even got few offers while registration. I just searched for this Revlon shampoo and placed the order. I received the courier of this on the 3rd day after placing the order which was quite quick. The shampoo was nicely packed and was in good condition and I was totally satisfied with Jabong services.
Then I placed 2 -3 orders simultaneously and most of the time I received the product in about 3-4 days maximum time. This Parcel as shown below got delivered after 3 days of placing and all the products-Lakme Eyeconic Kajal, Lotus Herbals Whitening Cream and Lotion, Maybelline Compact etc all were in good condition. I have even reviewed most of these products.

In one of the orders, the trousers did not fit me properly due to size variation, so I placed the return request and this took slightly more time than delivery. Jabong Salesman came to me to ask for the product back and then it took around a week of total to get my money back in my wallet. But all in all it was totally a hassle free purchase & return.
Overall my experience with Jabong.com has been satisfactory including the after sales service, only thing I noticed was that same products were available at other sites at a slight less price and with discounts.
