Benefits of eating Apple for Skin

An APPLE a day keeps the doctor away. This is a very common, popular and very true saying about one of the best fruits APPLE. Each one of us have heard about this saying of APPLES, we see apples available at our home very commonly. Our parents, grandparents always keep telling us to eat fruits regularly, in which APPLE usually take a top place specially in case of women. We even eat apples frequently without actually realizing what so important ingredients an apple has that makes it such a wonder fruit. I am going to share the benefits we get by eating an apple everyday specially how it benefits our skin and enhances our beauty.

First of all, as you can see the bright red coloured apples in the picture above, you can see how red and tempting they appear to be. I always link this red colour of the apple with the rosy glow of our cheeks. I don't any proof of this neither I have read it anywhere, its just my personnel observation, which I will explain. We always see people from Kashmir appear very beautiful because of their beautiful glowing skin and rosy cheeks. I think this is because of the Apples of Kashmir which are quite famous for its purest form and highest quality, that eating those actually give our cheeks the rosy glow. Off course weather conditions also contributes to the beauties of Kashmir, but Apple also plays it role. This is my observation, you need to try this on yourself to actually see the results.

Apple contains Vitamin C and we all know that Vitamin C is very important to maintain the elasticity of skin and also helps in collagen formation thus giving you a beautiful younger looking wrinkle free skin.

Apple is also a good source of Calcium, thus making it very good for Women. Even those who cannot take milk, are lactose intolerant or find it heavy can substitute it with an Apple a day.

Other than these Vitamins, Apple also contains Zinc, Magnesium, Iron, Vitamin A, Copper and fibers which give healthy skin. Since Apple is loaded with so many Vitamins, it not only contributes to healthy and beautiful skin, but also to healthy bones and teeth. So don't wait simply start your day with an Apple everyday and be beautiful and healthy. You can take apple in different forms not only as a fruit. You can enjoy it in form of Apple Shake, smoothie, fruit salad etc etc. So eat an Apple everyday and keep believing An APPLE a day keeps the doctor away.
