Few weeks back I shared my L’oreal Paris Cannes Collection 2016 with you all and as promised I'm back with the individual review and swatches of the collection. I'm starting with the Infallible Le Rouge Lipstick Resilient Raisin and this Never Fail Lip Liner in the shade Mauve. Lets take a look at these.

Packaging
On the other hand this lip liner is very fragile, in fact it got broke at the tip when I was trying to click. On the application part also, it needs to be handled with care, being quite delicate and prone to breakage.
Application
The lipstick goes on smoothly without any tugging, bleeding and glides beautifully on lips without setting into fine lines giving you a smooth texture.
The lip liner does the opposite, it tugs a lot and goes very stiff along with making lip lines more noticeable. One needs to very gentle while using this since it could easily break even with the slightest pressure adding more to the disappointment.
Loreal Infallible Lipstick & Lip Liner Results
Now this Le Rouge Lipstick in the shade Resilient Raisin gives a beautiful wine shade which looks quite radiant with the single swipe. You can go with multiple swipes for a deep pigmented look but I like to keep it single. The lipstick remains easily for 3-4 hours after which it starts fading little but still reflects some tinted shade later which too looks cute.
The never fail lip liner gives nice results in terms of pay off, if not too good. The shade pay off is beautiful and good enough to cover light pigmentation on lips but not for too pigmented lips. The lip liner gives a complete matte finish which I like because I don’t like shimmery glossy liners unless I'm using it alone for some shiny look because matte adds to the elegance.
Overall I would say this L’Oreal Paris Le Rouge lipstick is a great product from Loreal Cannes collection and is available in many shades and gives a great pay off with long lasting effects. The lip liner is quite fragile and needs to be used with lot of care but gives a nice neutral shade to lips making it a great liner for a natural look. But I would definitely like to try other liners in this much range available for the easy application and sturdy packaging.

ReplyDeleteLoreal is a brand I really trust for skincare brands. I haven't used the lipstick as yet but I am sure this effectively serves the purpose. Apart from that I have been using skincare product by Dermology and they are equally effective. Take care of your skin and treat it with the best of products required.
