REVLON Fabulash Mascara Review – Blackened Brown.

Hello everyone, today I am on to the review of a mascara from a very well known & famous brand- REVLON.  Its Revlon Fabulash Mascara in Blackened Brown shade- 03.I prefer using Mascara more than an eyeliner, because I find them little difficult to apply. Its available in 3 shades - Blackest Black, Black & Blackened Brown, with both waterproof & non waterproof form. Most of the Mascaras I have are in black, so this time I bought this Fabulash Mascara in Blackened Brown in non waterproof.

What it Claims?

Be fabulous with 400% fuller, clump-free lashes. The patented Lash Perfecting brush combines short bristles, to beautifully thicken lashes, and long bristles to perfectly separate without clumps. Exclusive formula is enriched with silk proteins and vitamin E to keep lashes soft.

REVIEW

As I Said, I prefer using mascaras over eyeliners, because they are easy to apply, they lengthen & thickens our lashes, just giving us a glamorous look. Revlon is one of my favorite brands, I have used their foundations, compacts, lustrous lotions etc, & many of them suit me pretty well. Infact some of them are in my top list, so I thought of having a mascara of Revlon, that too in some different shade, other than black.   

Firstly the packaging of this Mascara is very boring, it comes in a a simple round bottle. Though its nothing to do with its effectiveness, but when we buy things from top brands like Revlon, we do expect products to be little stylish & royal looking.

The brush of this a little different, which actually was little uncomfortable to use. I had to put little effort to apply it on to my lashes & was not able to apply it to the inner side completely. It does not lengthens my lashes, just thickens them little bit. The good things about this mascara is it does not clumps, did not smudge for 6-8 hrs & dries pretty fast. And yes since this is waterproof one, it was very easy to remove it. So a good non smudging easy to remove mascara.

Overall, I find this mascara to be just average. I love most of Revlon products but this is not the case with this. People looking for a mascara for a daily or office use, just with little thickness to add on, can go for this, since its light shade, giving you natural look without giving you raccoon eyes in office.
